5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our product (immediate access to analysis and server/GPU costs incurred), purchases are generally non-refundable once the analysis has been performed. If you encounter a technical error, please contact support.
6. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of your uploaded photos.
- Our Content: The website design, code, logos, and generated reports (excluding your likeness) are owned by Color Analysis Quiz.
7. Limitation of Liability
